Saudi Arabia has restarted its East-West oil pipeline and is preparing to resume crude exports from the Red Sea port of Yanbu, according to an unconfirmed report. The pipeline was shut after Houthi strikes earlier this month, disrupting around 4-5 million barrels per day of crude flows to Yanbu.
