Second day of Milan rioting: over 200 arrested, mostly minors; Meloni calls emergency meeting

A second straight day of violent rioting hit Milan as cost-of-living protests turned into widespread looting in the city center. Over 200 people were arrested, more than 80% of them minors, and Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni has called an emergency meeting for tomorrow.
