SK Hynix is considering taking its US storage subsidiary Solidigm public in a US listing as early as 2027, an IPO that could raise about $15B and value the unit at up to $150B, Reuters reports, citing sources. Solidigm held pitch meetings with banks this week for roles in the IPO. Solidigm was formed from SK Hynix's acquisition of Intel's NAND memory and SSD business.
