South Korea finds North Korean mine near DMZ blast site that injured three soldiers

South Korea's military found a North Korean antipersonnel mine on Tuesday near the site of a Sept. 21 blast inside the DMZ that injured three South Korean soldiers, two seriously. Defence Minister Kang said the mine appears to have been planted during North Korea's border fortification work; the Joint Chiefs of Staff said it was likely planted just over a year ago. Seoul will hold North Korea responsible.
