SpaceX filed with the FCC to launch Starlink V3 satellites into operational orbit for the first time on Starship Flight 14, with a NET date of September 15. The V3 satellites are designed to support over 10x the capacity of current Starlink satellites, and unlike Flight 13's test deployment which burned up on purpose, these would remain in orbit.
