SpaceX is seeking to raise roughly $40 billion in debt financing led by Apollo to buy Nvidia chips, the Financial Times, Reuters and Bloomberg report. The raise is split into about $10 billion in bank loans and $30 billion in investment-grade debt, amid "insatiable demand" among AI developers. SpaceX plans to build its AI infrastructure around Nvidia's Vera Rubin platform, which Elon Musk has called the strongest architecture available.
