Spanish police fire shots into the air and use batons to clear migrant camps from Ceuta beaches

Spanish riot police used batons and fired shots into the air to move migrants off Ceuta's Benítez and El Trampolín beaches into a new port camp at Muelle de Poniente, where all 1,700 places filled within hours. Nearly 10,000 migrants remain in the Spanish territory weeks after a record influx saw more than 72,000 cross from Morocco.
