Strive ($ASST) bought 3,311 Bitcoin from Oct 5-9 at an average of about $84,500 each, roughly $280M, per an SEC filing, taking its treasury to 32,773 BTC. CEO Matt Cole says $208M in warrants were exercised, with warrants covering about 15.3 million shares still outstanding ahead of today's 5 p.m. ET expiry.
