Suncor to sell non-core offshore Canada assets for C$1.2B cash plus up to C$350M contingent

Suncor has agreed to sell its non-core offshore Canada oil assets for C$1.2 billion in cash plus up to C$350 million contingent, and will lift its monthly buybacks to C$750 million from C$500 million. The buyer is Ithaca Energy, not the crypto project Ithaca Protocol.
