Taiwan confirms CPC to buy 6M tonnes of Alaska LNG annually, join project

Taiwan's economy ministry confirmed state-owned CPC will buy 6 million tonnes of Alaska LNG annually under the current plan and join the project's development. President Trump had said Taiwan would buy 30% of the gas for 20 years and invest $4.4 billion; South Korea has committed $50 billion.
