Tesla announces public Cybercab ride-hailing availability by early September

Tesla has announced that anyone will be able to hail a Cybercab by next Friday at 6am CST, with the vehicle having no steering wheel and no pedals. The company is also holding an in-person Cybercab event with factory tours and on-road test rides, with only a limited number of public participants selected.
