Thailand's Chao Phraya Dam to raise discharge to 2,500 m³/s from noon to handle rising northern runoff

Thailand's Royal Irrigation Department will increase water discharge through the Chao Phraya Dam to 2,500 cubic metres per second from 12:00 on 30 September to cope with rising northern runoff, with peak flow at the C.2 station in Nakhon Sawan expected near 3,000 m³/s.
