Trump announces $6.6B Anduril-US Navy submarine expansion at Sparrows Point

President Trump is announcing a $6.6 billion Anduril-US Navy expansion of America's submarine industrial base at Sparrows Point, Maryland. Anduril will invest $3.7 billion to build Arsenal-2, a shipyard making Virginia-class submarine components and creating about 3,100 jobs; the Navy awarded a contract worth up to $2.9 billion. Gov. Wes Moore and Maryland's delegation will not attend after being told they could not participate.
