Turkey's banking regulator BDDK decided that the non-dividend shareholder rights of three partners holding 99.98% of Golden Global Yatırım Bankası will be exercised by the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF), effectively transferring the bank's management to TMSF. The stakes are Emir Kaya with 53.98%, Salih Berberoğlu with 32% and Recep Kaba with 14%. The move follows the US Treasury's September 4 sanctions listing of the bank and two affiliates.
