Turkey's Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) was appointed trustee (kayyım) to Tera Yatırım Teknoloji Holding by a decision of the Istanbul 5th Criminal Court of Peace dated 14.10.2026 (case no. 2026/10332), and a nine-member new board of directors was determined, chaired by Enis Güçlü Şirin, also vice chairman of Borsa İstanbul-listed Türk Altın İşletmeleri (TRALT).
