Turkey summoned Ukraine's ambassador after Ukrainian drones struck two Turkish-linked vessels in the Black Sea, including the cargo ship Lider Bordo Mavi which was hit by three drones while carrying vegetables from Samsun to Russia's Tuapse port, injuring five crew. Turkey also threatened to halt transfers of US-made ATACMS, MLRS and ammunition to Ukraine.
