UBS is reportedly weighing a US acquisition, a European merger, or a sale to an American financial firm, and is considering relocating its headquarters out of Switzerland amid a fight over tougher capital requirements, according to a Wall Street Journal report. The Swiss bank has not confirmed any of the options.
