US apartment values fall ~3.5% MoM, over 20% below 2022 peak as rents decline for 37th straight month
US apartment values fell about 3.5% month-over-month and are more than 20% below their 2022 peak, with move-in fees down 28.2% year-over-year, according to Green Street data cited by analyst DiMartino Booth.
