CENTCOM says the guided-missile destroyer USS Rafael Peralta (DDG 115) is operating in regional waters enforcing the U.S. blockade against Iran, preventing commerce from entering or leaving Iranian ports and coastal areas. As of Sept. 23, U.S. forces have redirected 115 commercial vessels.
