US charges five over alleged Russian intelligence plots, all remain at large

US prosecutors have charged five individuals with conspiracy to finance terrorism and commit murder for hire, alleging they worked for Russian intelligence to target infrastructure and dissidents, according to a Justice Department indictment. Prosecutors say all five remain at large.
