US extends NIS operating licence to October 30, also clears Hungary's MOL to continue takeover talks

OFAC has extended Serbian oil and gas company NIS's operating licence until October 30, despite the company being sanctioned over its Russian ownership stakes. The same approval lets Hungary's MOL continue talks on acquiring majority ownership of NIS through that date.
