US Navy Super Hornets strike IRGC Navy base at Konarak after destroyer reportedly targeted

US Navy F/A-18E/F Super Hornet jets launched from the USS George W. Bush struck the IRGC Navy's Konarak naval base in southeastern Iran's Sistan and Baluchestan province, firing two light projectiles targeting a 35mm cannon, after the IRGC Navy reportedly went after a US Navy Arleigh Burke-class destroyer in northern Arabian Sea waters. Iran's Navy says the attack wounded two Iranian soldiers.
