US warns it may halt arms to Ukraine over strikes on Russian refineries, FT reports

The US has reportedly warned Kyiv it may halt arms supplies over Ukrainian strikes on Russian refineries. Two threats are on the table: cutting off intelligence sharing and freezing the Prioritised Ukraine Requirements List, the main mechanism for procuring American weapons, per the FT.
