Vitol CEO estimates ~14m b/d crossed Strait of Hormuz over past 7-10 days

Vitol CEO Russell Hardy estimates that ~14m b/d have crossed the Strait of Hormuz on average over the last 7-10 days, including ~12m b/d of crude and ~2m b/d of refined products. He says the Middle East crude crisis has turned into a refined products crisis and now a shipping crisis.
