Vodacom to appeal Kenyan High Court ruling reversing its 15% Safaricom acquisition

Vodacom says it will appeal the Kenyan High Court decision that reversed its earlier 15% acquisition of Safaricom in the $1.9 billion deal. Vodacom told Bloomberg it will file the appeal at the Court of Appeal.
