XRP Ledger to activate fixCleanup3_4_0 upgrade Friday, patching forthcoming lending system

The XRP Ledger will activate the fixCleanup3_4_0 bug-fix upgrade on October 23, patching its forthcoming lending system, after securing support from 29 of 35 default trusted validators. The Ripple lending protocol itself still needs 10 more validator votes to reach the 29 required before it can go live.
