YPF launches Vaca Muerta Mendoza plan with $4.5bn RIGI to nearly triple Cuyo oil output, minister says

Energy Minister Jimena Latorre announced YPF has launched its plan for Vaca Muerta in Mendoza and would present a RIGI of US$4.5 billion to nearly triple the district's oil production with some 90,000 additional barrels per day.
