Zelensky announces new 'Carpathian Eight' (C8) regional format with eight European neighbours and the EU

Zelensky says Ukraine is launching a new regional format, the C8 or 'Carpathian Eight', uniting Ukraine and its European neighbours Romania, Serbia, Poland, Slovakia, Czechia, Austria and Hungary, with the European Union as a whole. He called it the beginning of a significant movement.
