Zelensky says Ukraine needs Patriot production licences, Raytheon ready

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Ukraine needs licences to produce Patriot air-defence systems and that Raytheon is ready to support the project, adding that he asked the US president to help speed up the licences and was met with a positive response. He said the effort would take roughly one to one-and-a-half years.
