A Ukrainian drone attack damaged Moscow's Kapotnya oil refinery, killing two, per Reuters and NY Post; a nearby plastics factory also caught fire. Ukraine's General Staff said the AVT-6 primary processing, combined oil processing and isomerization units were hit. The plant supplies about 40% of Moscow's fuel market refining.
