President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says most US PAC-2 and PAC-3 missiles have gone to the Middle East, so Ukraine urgently needs an air defense package from Europe and other partners who know the volumes through PURL and have sufficient stocks, while Frejya and German contracts cover 2027-2028.
