Zelenskyy: Ukraine needs 60-day ceasefire to prepare elections, six months after war ends

President Zelenskyy says that if partners insist on elections before the end of the war, Ukraine needs a minimum of 60 days of ceasefire to prepare legislative changes and voting infrastructure. After the war ends, the country will need another six months to prepare.
