Zimbabwe's Mnangagwa splits finance ministry, appoints ally Tagwirei as Economic Development Minister

Zimbabwe's President Emmerson Mnangagwa has, with immediate effect, split the finance ministry into two, reassigning Finance Minister Professor Mthuli Ncube and appointing wealthy ally Senator Kudakwashe Tagwirei as Minister of Economic Development and Investment Promotion, according to a social post.
